Alright guys, I'm pretty excited to get this thing up and running again. Please be sure to read the "Updated Combat and Posting Format" Post located in the EOS house rules section. Dylan and I have gone through a lot of updating for the character sheets and added a few new nifty gadgets for you all to use due to us updating to the SAGA edition of the RPG. Also, because several things have been simplified rolling wise, there have been a few changes to posting format, but a lot should stay similar.
Ok, with regard to the actual recap...Most everyone gave me pretty short and vague descriptions of what happened. So, I will do my best to be brief, but I will err on the side of being thorough. Bear with me The party had recently repaired and refitted their ship as best as funds had allowed. This was directly following the encounter on Vortex with the force witch. Sollux's lighter began to glow red hot. Sollux discovered that his old Sith connections were attempting to contact him with an assassination contract; The target - The Lord Regent of Andara. Unfortunately, the contract couldn't be ignored as it would trigger an assassination contract to be placed on Sollux's head if he ignored it. An argument ensued within the group. Some wanted to ignore the summons and let everything work itself out. Others claimed it was their duty to protect the innocent, while even others considered taking the contract and completing it for the monetary reward. While not everyone came to a complete agreement, all knew the contract couldn't be ignored if only to maintain stability in the Republic. With the coordinates plugged in, everyone settled in for the day and a half journey. During this time, Kalon managed to gather some information - primarily that trade negotiations had been in the works for some time, and that a large ball had been scheduled that doubled as the final round of negotiations. Andara remained a neutral planet, but held a valuable space route that up until now only the Republic had permissions to use. The Sith clearly wanted permissions themselves, but it wasn't clear as to why. With the Lord Regent himself as the ultimate decider, it was clear that the Sith meant to replace him A plan was soon formulated. Andaran Balls were high society events, and as such not just anyone could gain entry. The group soon realized they would need to find a way into the party which was a threefold issue. One, they needed appropriate attire; two, appropriate transportation (appearances are everything after all); and Three, they'd need official invitations. Over the course of the several days the pieces fell into place. Dennurek spearheaded the reconnaissance effort, watching the royal palace for several days to learn patrols and guard numbers. Dax managed to pull a few strings with her parents and got her hands on the official invitations, but that itself promised to come at a price. The group managed to obtain "fancy duds" at a local specialty shop in the nobility quarter where Dax flirted her way into cheaper prices and transportation in exchange for a date. That date - a slender human female with long curly brown hair and dark eyes - also ended up taking the opportunity to go the event of the season. Finally the night arrived and Shar - Dax's "girlfriend" - picked everyone up at the hotel that Dax had also swindled out of someone else by going on yet another date. The ride was relatively short, and before long the carriage's door opened up to the glaringly bright palace steps leading up into the building itself. Opening up inside was a large multi storied room with floating platforms above and people milling about below, all conversing or dancing while servants moved about with purpose doling out food and drink to any and all. Some of the party went to investigate the kitchen as a means of infiltration. Others went to mingle to attempt to discover the state of the negotiations and find out who the Sith may have been working with. Information gathered: Seetan Nur : Tall, elegant, old Cerean dressed in flowing robes: Lord's adviser for diplomatic relations (Head of the leadership school) : he believes in raising the taxes and increasing control over Andara's sister moon, Ieria. This would add more prestige and wealth for his school. Tebdin Marfo: Militaristic, and also older : War general of Andara : supports the Lord Reagent without question, and controls all the armies of Andara. His second in command, Letark, is ambitious and thinks the military should have more power - wants reform. Morgan Valis: Unattractive Zeltron (color of a bruise, dark black hair - dresses well to compensate) : Head of public Relations : She is brilliant at her job, but appears meek and bashful in nature. She seems to be taken by the Lord Reagent's son and heir, lord Lysander. Best friends with Valenda Valenda: Beautiful even by Zoltron standards, red hair, lilting laugh. She was wearing a dress that was entirely transparent when looking at certain angles : Foremost Andaran authority for fashion and the key planner for the ball : She has been friends with Morgan for years and watched her rise through the ranks quickly. The party noticed several rings adorning her fingers that changed with the viewer's mood. These were confirmed as minor pieces of living crystal and were given to her by Morgan. Boran : Also a venerable Cerean : Head of Ierian diplomatic relations: He is tired of Andaran control over Ieria and wants more representation in the senate. He was seen mingling with the Sith diplomatic party, and confirmed that the Sith offered more representation in exchange for Ieria's support. Kant Dolovan : A man in his 60's with graying beard and slightly rounded frame. He wore a well pressed militaristic suit with a red sash : The Lord Reagent : The party discovered his wife died the in "Ierian conflict" - hence his reasonably tight control over the sister moon. He has two sons. One, Lord Karl, was not in attendance and was on a diplomatic mission elsewhere. Two, Lord Lysander, is his heir. Kant came across as firm and forceful but with a kindness that urged him to be honorable. He was still in favor of remaining true to the Republic. Lord Lysander : Spitting image of hit father in his 20's - Strong, muscular, with firm jaw, wavy brown hair. Wore a militaristic suit with a blue sash : Heir to the throne of Andara : Many people are unhappy with him. He was once a jovial man. But, after his father named him heir, he became more reserved and moody. This in turn affected the populace as he was quick to anger and lash out. He seemed unhappy with the current regime The night wore on as the party interacted with the various ball attendees. Later, everyone noticed that the key players in the trade negotiations had disappeared as had many if not all of the guard. The party managed to use the servants elevators in the kitchen to gain access to the upper floor. Upon breaking into the council chambers, they found the room in disarray. Morgan had blood splattered across her fine clothes from killing a Nogri assassin, while Lysander (appearing distraught) urged the party to save his father. The Lord Reagent had been taken through the escape passageway by the other Sith assassination team. The party followed, going many levels down and fighting noghri assassins while disabling forcefield after forcefield, but not after some trial and error that almost got Sollux killed when Kalon teleported him across the first set. Finally, the party caught up to their adversaries coming out of a cave mouth. They were met by a Sith apprentice with unique duplication abilities that stalled everyone while his master activated his speeder. As the party prevailed against the apprentice, the master's speeder finally activated. With a quick motion, his lightsaber severed the king's head from his body. His eyes lingered on Sollux and he declared Sollux officially against the New Sith Order as he jammed the throttle forward and sped away. The party was stunned by the turn of events and were unable to escape their predicament before the Andaran forces arrived on the scene only to see them surrounding the King's headless corpse. They were led away to the Andaran dungeons...

The short march from the cliff's edge to the holding cells seems forever ago. The last memories of the outside world was the gentle caress of sea air tugging at your hair and clothes, and the bright light of the Andaran sun. All of this was cut short as you were led around the base of the Lord Reagent's seat of power and finally beneath the compound. Compared to other prison complexes, this one is better than most. The air is barely stuffy, the floors clean. The guards led you through countless turns and passageways all within the muted light of the prison. The dull gray walls seemed to go on for miles. You passed many unoccupied cells. One by one, the guards dropped off each of you in your own cell.
The cell itself was comfortable enough - a room 5' x 5'. Many of you had slept in smaller places aboard spacecraft before. The room is the same dull gray as the rest of the facility. It houses a simple gray slab in one corner that comes equipped with a small pad clearly made for sleeping. The other corner houses a combination sink / toilet. The steady overhead lighting seemed to be coming from nowhere - at least no light fixtures can be seen, and no windows were seen anywhere inside the prison. The open wall seems made of a sturdy metal with bars set half a foot apart. The very sound seems muted in here, even when attempting to talk your voice sounds muffled - it’s unsettling.
The first several days seemed to drag on into eternity before you lost all sense of time. Two meals were brought each "day", but never at the same time. The guards would silently drop off the tray and quickly move away, refusing to talk. The food seems to be the same gray color of the walls and tastes much the same - gray. It is nourishing, nothing more. The lighting never wavers, making it impossible to determine what time of day it is on the outside. Sleep comes fitfully for many of you not graced by the meditative training of the Jedi, and even for them finding peace in meditation proves difficult if not impossible some days.
For Sollux, he soon dreaded sleep. It became a time of confused images, and terror. In his dreams he saw the man who killed the Lord Reagent - his head bald, defining scar running from his chin to his nose. Each night brought different images to his mind, but all of a similar theme. Sollux would take pleasure in torturing various beings, the bald man smiling in approval and handing him more instruments of pain and sorrow. Some nights he would also be accompanied by the Red Twilek. These nights confused him most. He began to assume these dreams were a way for his mind to cope with the current situation. How could he have associated with the same Twilek who betrayed the Director and stole the shipment of living crystal? Other nights he wouldn't even see the torture process, just the mangled and broken body of his latest victim on the ground before him, a bright light, and hazy images of the Twilek walking away with a container of sorts, the seams laced with light trying to escape. Each sleep cycle ended with him in a cold sweat and muffled heavy breathing, wondering just who he had been before he fell into this group of unlikely heroes.
Time becomes your enemy. The endless monotony begins to wear away at your mental constitution, the feeling of depression and desperation begins to take hold...
Feel free to post. I will post as needed, so if you're wondering if you can post again, simply ask if you actually need feedback from the GM or not. If not, it’s probably ok to post again. We're in the most relaxed of posting structures currently, so please feel free to be as descriptive as possible, preferably giving everyone an insight into what your particular character is feeling and thinking (this will allow us to get back into the idea of online posting) The time spent here clearly would've allowed for some form of reflection, so please also attempt to think back on the adventure so far as a whole, and how your character has progressed. This may trigger some things you had forgotten that will help moving forward. Mostly, have fun with it! Best of luck...

Kalon spent much of the time pacing his cell, it was much larger than the places he was used to sleeping and it unnerved him.
He kept tabs on the others, but never talked because it was apparent nobody wanted to unless he had something to offer in terms of getting out.
If only I had had more practice with my telepathy, might be able to convince a guard to do something....but what? He mused while pacing. I could use the force to slip out of here, but I don't even know how far down we are or where would be safe, definitely don't have enough energy to just get us out of our cells.
He put out a gentle nudge to the others, Anyone else awake? I wish I could make some sort of psychic hub so that we could talk all together...

The days ran long for Sollux. In the beginning he tried to count the meals to keep track of how long it had been, but with no way to physically mark them and the fitfulness of his sleep, he soon lost count. At first sleep was something he avoided, fearing the contents of his dreams. He was disturbed by the thought that he had worked with the bald man and the Twilek, and even more disturbed by the pleasure he felt when torturing his faceless victims. But as the days turned into weeks, fatigue took over and Sollux found that he couldn't avoid his dreams. Something like instinct eventually took over, and for some reason he felt like he had spent time imprisoned in much harsher conditions. Eventually, he was able to somewhat dissociate himself from his actions and feelings in the dream, and instead focused on trying to remember anything about the bald man and Twilek.
OOC: In the old system there was a skill that let us attempt to see the past, present or future of an object/person/place. Is that still something we can use, or are we restricted to the Farseeing skill?

OOC: You're restricted to the Farseeing skill and upgrades within it. Within the sense tree, the Visions upgrade would allow you to perceive the future or past. Visions prerequisite is the Force Perception ability.
Also, I will be scanning in each of your character sheets (hopefully tomorrow) and emailing them to everyone. This will also contain a copy of skill trees Dylan made for everyone and any Index cards you may have created.

Alyaza immediately felt a heavy cloud descend upon her once she was trapped in her small cell. Although she had be crammed into small spaces many times before, there was always the possibility of escape. She knew if she was not absolutely strict with her mind and body that she would begin to slip into a dark mind set. She began to track the days in her mind.
Every morning Alyaza would go through a vigorous 2 hour workout, toning her muscles. The last thing she wanted to do was to become soft in this cell. She would than spend 3 hours meditating and exercising her mind. Throughout all of this she would study the guards, try and track their shift changes, mannerisms, anything she could use. If they were ever going to escape they would need all the information about this prison that they could get.
A few times when her patience was beginning to run low she considered using the force to bend the will of a guard, but with no knowledge of how many guards worked in this prison it was too risky. For the time being she would just wait and watch.
The gentle nudge in her mind from Kalon was a relief. It felt like ages since she had spoken to her comrades.
Kalon! It is most welcome to hear your voice, well your mental voice any way. I am going to try and gather as much intel on the guards as I can. In the meantime that mental hub sounds like a great idea so we can all confer without setting off an alarm.
OOC: I am going to do a perception roll to gather information, is that ok?

OOC: Of course you can make rolls . However, try to utilize the new skills function by using the ME button Dylan created. I'd like to test it as much as possible before we get into fast paced combat =p.Alyaza struggles to notice anything more than she has already. Her cell faces only a blank gray wall with no discernable features. Inside, she finds the smallest bit of wall crumbling away beneath her bunk - only two small pebble sized pieces of wall have given way. Somehow, knowing this place can erode away is a small comfort. Unfortunately, each time a guard brought her food it was a different guard and other than slide the tray into her cell - after waiting for her to slide the previous tray back out - they neither looked at nor talked to her. The timing appeared random with as little as four hours between feeding to as much as twelve or fourteen.

In his cell, Dennurek for the first few days paced, grumbled out loud to himself, and attempted to try and contemplate a way to get them out of their predicament. The guards that delivered food to him moved away quicker as he tried to reach out to them and speak, or identify any special characteristic that would create the conversation that would get them out of here. Soon, his frustration brought him quick to anger. The food would come and he would throw it back, trying anything to get the guards to speak to him. As his physical fitness started to fatigue, he soon was left to calm his anger and accept the food given to him, still wondering how to persuade them to talk. The following days, Dennurek numbingly accepted his food, walked his cell in what small way he could, and kept quiet, starting to become more and more mute and retreating into his own thoughts.
Kalon's nudge was a welcome retreat from his thoughts, but also Dennurek felt confused on how to escape even more. A psychic hub would be welcome from all this silence in my cell, and from my thoughts... How are you holding up Kalon? It's very exciting in here... Ha ha! The guards have been the only thing changing, I will try to see if I missed anything over time as we have been here.
Dennurek moved to each of the walls of his cell, tapping the walls here and there to see if there was any sound change. Maybe a hollow spot that would lead somewhere or a place to dig? Highly doubtful but it would be good to try. He also tried to see if he had missed a change in his cell from the first days, maybe something he missed...

OOC: For the record, Kalon denotes your character the telepathy ability when he initiates contact with your mind. So, you would reply telepathically.
Dennurek was almost ready to give up his examination of the room when something strange happened. Against the back wall, he was moving his hands slowly and deftly inch by inch. Only with this particular knock, it seemed to him as if momentarily the wall gave way. The sensation was nearly inexplicable. How could something solid give way even a centimeter? It didn't make sense, and as such he tried the same spot again. A nearly imperceptible depth of the wall seemed to not exist and allowed his fist through before resuming the solid nature of the wall. Simultaneously, his vision was filled with a blinding white light that left him feeling stunned as the room around him disappeared for a brief moment and then slowly came into view again as the brightness subsided, a few sunspots playing across Dennurek's cornea.

To Alyaza: If only I was stronger with the force... but I am still too recent to it to attempt such a big mental hub. It seems I must be the communicator for the group...yay.... To Dennurek: It is too big in here, these cells are the largest I have ever seen...they must only have upper class accommodations... I haven't had anything to do with my hands, nothing to build, nothing here...Kalon was glad that they others had responded, at least a little, it was much too quiet, no hum of engines or whine of machinery. The others seem to have been looking around harder...perhaps I should too...Kalon attempted to find anything out of place in his room. Kalon had a similar experience. After thoroughly scrutinizing the room, he also almost gave up. However, he decided to simply reach out with one hand and touch the wall. Much to his surprise he almost fell through the wall, experiencing a moment of vertigo before the room righted itself and he found his hand resting on the cold material of the wall as if nothing had happened. Attempting to replicate the action, his vision also filled with blindingly white light. Due to his heightened mental abilities before his vision returned to the room around him he saw something else. Strange shadowy objects seemed to swim above him and around him, but he was unable to make out anything further before the room slowly "materialized" as the bright light abated, sunspots also dotting his vision.

The monotony of it all began to wear on Alyaza's nerves. If she didn't do something soon she would begin to crack. The only thing that gave her hope was the cracks in her cell wall. Maybe she could try digging through.....to where though? She had no idea where the prison was. If it was suspended or under water, digging out could lead to death. She had to try something though. If she did nothing her and her comrades would most likely rot away in these grey cells. Alyaza waited until the most recent guard came by to pick up her barely touched grey meal before sliding onto the floor to take a closer look at those cracks... Alyaza poked, prodded, and scratched at the wall. Nothing really happened other than her managing to get gray dust on her fingers. About to give up, she absently prodded again, pondering, when her finger slipped through the wall and into nothingness. The moment and sensation was fleetingly brief, but she also experienced a blinding light before the room was righted again with her finger on the wall, crouched beneath the slab that is her bed.
Kalon reached out with his mind. The prison itself seems to disorient and scramble any connection to the Force. Only the most practiced can focus long enough or well enough to manage anything more than the serene exhilaration force users are accustomed to feeling when they reach into the Force, and even that connection is brief. Kalon, not being a fully trained Jedi, through sheer force of will, managed to pierce the muddling veil that is the prison. Before his mind could sort through any information the Force may have given him he felt an extreme sickening nausea that caused him to drop the "connection" immediately simply through lack of concentration and general fear.
OOC: Kalon, you have gained a persistent condition. I've set you at -1 on the condition track. Please make a constitution check at the beginning of your next post : DC 8. If you pass you remain mildly nauseous until you make two more posts (And remain at -1 on the condition track). If you fail you'll have to keep making checks each post until you succeed. Additionally, each time you fail, you'll move -1 on the condition track. Furthermore, you cannot attempt to use the Force again until the nausea subsides.

Kalon falls to the floor near his bed, gagging and feeling bile in his throat but is able to hold it in. He lies for a few minutes, trying to maintain a steady breathing pattern. He sat up and tried to digest what had happened but couldn't get his thoughts straight. He then noticed that everything seemed really quiet in his mind....as if he couldn't hear anyone's mind, blocked off from his own. He became agitated and wanted to scream but no one would be able to understand his speech... he hadn't even used it in a very long time. He crawled over to his bed and pushed his face against the wall...searching for anything cold to rest his head against to try to help gather his thoughts.... OOC: Since I can't use the force.... my telepathy is gone, yes? That's fine....just can't tell anyone about anything for a while! How long does two turns last in just posting btw?

Sollux was torturing another faceless victim, but tried not to hear their screams as he deftly worked his instrument of pain. This is painful to watch, but I can't let it get to me. Instead, I need to try remembering about the bald Sith, or perhaps the Twi'lek. I get the feeling I won't like whatever I remember, but if it can help us fight them then it's worth a shot... Sollux tried to focus his dream on the bald Sith that was with him, observing the torturing, to see if he could remember anything useful about him. What the hell was that light?? Did my finger just phase through some kind of force field? I guess it makes sense that they would put a bunch of force users in some kind of force protected prison. Alyaza's mind was racing. She had found a flaw in the prison, although she wasn't quite sure what it was yet. Kalon? Can you hear me?......... Kalon?? Anyone??Huh seems like the telepathic connection has been lost, I hope Kalon is ok....She wanted to share her discovery with the others, but with no way of communication, her only option was to probe more and hope that whatever she discovered could be used to help the rest. If this false wall was being used by the force, maybe she could use her abilities to learn more about it and it's properties. She cleared her mind, reaching out mental feelers to grasp the powers of the force... As Dennurek crossed the room each wall, the back wall seemed to give to his knock. He tried the same spot over again and felt the oddest sensation as his fist through. As it went beyond whatever was behind the wall, his vision was cast into a bright, blinding whiteness that left him stunned and breathless from the extreme sensory change. Fuck, what was that?! I'm not sure I want to do that again... But how else to try and go past? Dennurek needed to know more. He sat down alone in his thoughts (as he had not heard back from Kalon in a little while). Maybe he knew something about this illusion or type of force-field that was keeping him from pressing forward with the bright lights and headache-inducing sensations. Sollux's memories seemed even less tangible than before as they started to come and go without rhyme or reason. It was almost better when he had no memories to worry about at all. Attempting to sift through and delve deeper was slow going. More often than not Sollux would start to nod off allowing his subconscious to bring forth more gruesome images from his supposed past. Focusing on the bald man, he was realized his emotions were torn. On one hand Sollux almost feels an affection of some sort whereas on the other Sollux is confronted with a searing hatred and tumultuous rage. His frustration almost got the better of him, but he happened to visit the silent middle between awake and asleep once more. Flashes again...the bald man grinning...tortured screams...a bright flash and then darkness. A small container of some sort appeared at his feet, the seams lined with blue-white light. The man seemed eager, greed and lust in his eyes, as he watched Sollux pick up the container. "Good, place it with the others. The process is becoming easier. The New Sith Order will stand triumphant!" The man slapped Sollux on the back and he awoke with a start.....
Alyaza's mind expanded, attempting to reach out with the force. White light exploded in Alyaza's mind, but subsided quickly as she managed to maintain focus. Hazy images formed in front of her. Figures clad in white, moving about a room. She was suddenly aware that she was lying on her back. Her focus was drawn to the right by a sudden movement. Another hazy figure in white, something was obscuring its face. "Shhh..." Was all she heard as the person fiddled with something near her arm.
A sudden extreme nausea wracked Alyaza's body. The blinding light filled the room and her mind once more before subsiding, revealing her cell once more. She felt drained and ill, unable to focus her senses on the force any longer.
Dennurek tried desperately to sift through past experiences, data he'd read, anything really that might help explain his current situation and the bizarre occurrence he'd just been through. Unfortunately, though his efforts were valiant, his mind came up blank. He was unsure how much time had passed during his ponderings and soon found his mind wandering to other, more calming things. Art...Society...The simple things he had taken for granted before being thrust upon this journey. As his mind drifted so did his consciousness. He too found himself in the moment between waking and sleeping.
Suddenly he wasn't in his cell anymore. He watched Sollux as he tortured a man in simple brown robes in a darkened chamber. Oddly, he felt a joy in seeing the man in pain. The torture ended quickly as the man died, letting out his last breath. The chamber darkened for a moment and then something seemingly made of light - a shimmering blue black- brightened the chamber as it burst forth from the man before disappearing completely. Milliseconds later the container at Sollux's feet began to give forth light at the seams. Dennurek wanted that container. He wanted to open it and partake of the power within, give it all to himself. But, he refrained and instead urged Sollux onward with his sacred duty. He followed at a distance as Sollux walked down a dusty corridor that was being joined by more and more paths all converging. Out of one such path came a red Twilek holding another container identical to Sollux's. The Twilek glanced back at Dennurek and scowled. Dennurek woke with a jolt. He was still sitting in his lonely cell with no notion of how much time had come and gone...

Kalon tossed and turned while attempting to sleep but the silence was deafening. Never in his life had he been cut off from what he now assumed was the force for the ability to speak to others. His hands were fidgety; he decided to try to do something more. He tried to examine himself, rather than the cell itself to see if there were some details that he had missed, he didn't remember the whole trip over to the cells...maybe something happened in between? Maybe they took my ability away and it was time delayed...drugs? Or even in our food?Kalon searched himself over: Roll Stats Type | With | Mod | Condition | Rolled | Misc mods | Total | Skill Roll | Perception (9) | 9 | -1 | 11 | 0 | 19 |

Sollux sat in his cell, suddenly jolted awake by the slap on the back the balt man had given him. "The New Sith Order will stand triumphant"? That sounds rather ominous... What the hell was the purpose of those torture sessions? It seemed like they somehow produced that strange glowing box... but what the hell is it? I don't know what the hell was going on there, but I get the feeling that if I keep exploring my lost memories, I'm going to find even more things I'll have to try and atone for...Sollux shook his head to clear his thoughts, then began trying to sift through what he had seen. "Place it with the others..." Alright, so whatever that container was, there's more of them, and the bald man is, or at least was, trying to collect them for some reason... "The process is becoming easier..." Well, the container appeared after the person I was torturing died, so it seems like the "process" somehow involves torturing people to death, but does their death cause the container to appear or does producing the container cause their death? So many questions... As for the bald man, I learned a little but not a lot. He's definitely a Sith, but we really already knew that. He was clearly in a position of power over me, but exactly how close we were hasn't become much clearer, except that he was close enough to me to slap me on the back as congratulations. As for his motives, he very clearly wants those small glowing packages for something... That look in his eyes was "Ow!" Sollux let out a exclamation of pain as he felt a sharp stab in his palms. Looking down at his hands, he saw that he had been clenching his fists so tightly that his fingers had begun to pierce his skin, and his arms were shaking with rage. Well, I guess one other thing I learned about the bald man is exactly how much I hate him... but for now I'll have to try and calm down. I won't be able to concentrate if my emotions are this out of control.Sitting down in his cell, Sollux began to calm himself by reaching out with the Force and trying to meditate. He had previously had difficulty doing so in this cell, so this time he decided to make a concentrated effort of reaching out with the Force and becoming one with the room... Kalon didn't find much of anything. The nausea still tugged at him, but was definitely beginning to subside. Looking himself over wasn't without merit however. Kalon at the very least felt better preoccupying himself with something, and he was feeling better.
Sollux pushed outward, but was met with resistance. It was strange, almost as if something was pushing back keeping him confined. He quickly broke through, but was met with a blinding light. It was difficult to understand what was happening because of course his eyes were closed, but his mind was met with a bright intensity. It almost broke his concentration, but he held firm. Moments later the light subsided and he saw hazy figures moving animated from one side of a room to another. He also became aware that his breathing was ragged and that he was laying on his back. He distinctly heard, "Shit!" before his body and mind were buffeted with a distinct nausea. Sollux was determined not to give up his connection and called upon the Force to aid him. His vision began to clear and the sickness faded slightly. "I have to give him another." He heard.
A deeper voice, much more forceful and a bit uneven answered, "Not too much. We wouldn't want permanent damage, yet." Sollux's eyes darted to find the source of the voice and was met with the bald man's icy glare and crooked grin, the scar running across his lips giving him a misshapen appearance. Milliseconds after Sollux was hit with another round of nausea that felt more like a punch to the gut. The blinding light once more filled his vision before dissipating. Again, he sat alone in his cell.

As Kalon checked himself over doubly so, the echos started again, creeping in from far away. The force is back!
Can anyone hear me!? This place is too weird and I do not like it! I felt a hole in the wall of my cell but it's not there anymore and trying to feel anything with the force just caused me to be cut off! What is going on?

Alyaza lurched for the small toilet in her cell and proceeded to empty her stomach of the bland prison food. When the retching stopped she laid her clammy forehead on the cold seat of the toilet, catching her breath. She was shaking, the room seemed to be spinning a bit. What the hell?! I'm not really here, this place doesn't exist does it? What kind of drugs are they giving my real body?! All this training I have been doing is all in my mind. My poor muscles are going to get soft strapped down to that table. The adrenaline pumping through her veins helped calm the nausea. She sat up with her back against the wall, trying to think of her next move. They, whoever they are, were obviously drugging the real her, making her think she was in some prison. It was actually quite brilliant, she was much to dangerous to be kept at full strength anywhere. Now she had to figure out a way to wake up. If one force user could muster enough strength to momentarily break through, what if we all teamed up to wake at least one of us up? Then that person can wake the rest up from the other side. It might work...... She felt a slight mental nudge, maybe Kalon was able to talk to them again, but upon feeling it her nausea increased slightly. It might be a while before I can use the force again. But that doesn't mean I can't use my jedi knowledge to try and figure out possible drugs they could be using....

OOC: T_TSollux felt whatever drugs the bald man had given him take effect like a sack of bricks to the stomach. He now knew that none of this was real, but that didn't stop him from keeling over and vomiting near the corner of his cell. Son of a FUCKING bitch. What the HELL is it they're giving us? And the smirk on that asshole's face... Sollux emptied the imaginary contents of his stomach once again before he could finish his thought. Any ability he had for rational thought was destroyed by the combination of the pain of his wracking heaves and his blistering anger towards his former master. At some point he felt a mental nudge from Kalon, but was too busy dry heaving to attempt to answer. If anything at all got through to him, it was likely a very loud, agonized steam of "fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck..." OOC: sorry if i give kalon any mental scarring...

OOC:
Alyaza: You passed your roll, you have one more post in which you're cut off from the force. The -1 on the condition track is persistent (so it'll stay until you can figure out how to get rid of it), but you're stable.
Sollux: Unfortunately, you didn't pass your check. I've moved you down another step on the condition track. For the record that means that you have a persistent -1 step and a non-persistent -1 step totaling -2 steps. Please roll again, same DC, at the beginning of your next post.
Alyaza's nausea diminished slightly as her body began to purge the substance she had been given. Her mind raced trying to figure out what could be causing this. Fortunately, her Master was slightly unorthodox and had an interest in Sith interrogation techniques. One of the most terrifying things for a Jedi is to be cut from the Force. As such, an extremely successful technique was to use a rare poison produced on the Sith home world of Korriban which produced that very effect. In all his studies he never could uncover the name or composition of the poison, but he did manage to get his hands on some. He of course used it in conjunction with Alyaza's training. ' Never should one fear the silence in the void,' he told her. 'The Force is powerful, but one who can continue without it, more so.' It took Alyaza a moment to recognize this as a possibility because the pure form simply cut the user off from the Force; there was no nausea just sudden silence. Furthermore, as far as she could recall, there wasn't a psychotropic effect either.

After what felt like days of agony and rage, Sollux finally began to regain his composure. His nausea, and with it his loss of connection to the force, unfortunately remained, but he could feel it subsiding somewhat and figured it was only a matter of time. After having lain awake in agony for such a long time, Sollux eventually drifted off to sleep, fearful of what his dreams may bring without any remaining energy to dissociate from them...

Absolutely nothing came to Dennurek as he sat there and tried to grasp what the illusion of the wall was. It was bizarre, and gave him quite the headache, but no past experience could explain what this was. While he sifted through his past experiences, he lulled into a calming sleep of art and the society he had been so comfortable in... until he dreamt of Sollux.
He watched Sollux torture a man with simple brown robes, while he himself felt a sense of joy in the man's pain. The man soon welcome death, but the room this dream was occurring in began to fill with blue-black light from his body. It came and went, but a container at Sollux's feet glowed with light at the seams. Dennurek wanted the container, the power that was held within, and keep it for himself. Perhaps part of his cultural background paused Dennurek's ambition, as he urged Sollux to take it instead, believing it was his sacred duty. He followed Sollux along a dusty corridor that began to be joined by additional paths. One path brought forth a red Twilek with another container identical to Sollux's. The Twilek glanced at Dennurek and scowled. Dennurek proceeded to wake with a jolt.
That Twilek... she really didn't like me... Dennurek rubbed his face to shake off the peculiar dream, but he kept it's memory close in his mind. It was very specific and concerned him for what it might mean in the future. As he sat there, he decided he was running out of options, and anything sounded like a good idea.
Dennurek hadn't ever dealt with the Force, only knew the basics that were commonly known and never thought to try and reach out to it for any assistance. He decided, maybe today was his chance...

So they are using poison on us to cut us off from the force? That must be it. Although I don't remember a drug that also creates a false reality. Maybe they have a powerful force user manipulating our minds in their weakened state? Regardless this changes things. Now that I know what we are dealing with I can start to think of a way to get us all out. Alyaza wanted so badly to tell the others. The nausea and the force silence where still affecting her though. She sat on the hard floor of her "cell" and calmed her mind and stilled her body. She needed her mind to heal so that she could attempt to rejoin Kalon's mental hub.
